- Both paid endpoints accept JSON shaped as {"url":"https://public-mini-app.example/"}.
- Inspect the unpaid HTTP 402 response and confirm the exact URL, amount, network, canonical USDC asset, and payee before authorizing one payment.
- Never automatically retry a paid request after an ambiguous settlement. Use the product-specific recovery endpoint and reconcile the original authorization instead.

## Evidence boundaries

- The static dossier covers the captured public page, manifest, embed, SDK-readiness signals, and delivery observations. It does not execute a real client.
- The deep gate adds original-byte JFS verification, finalized Optimism association evidence, pinned registry-code hashes, strict schema checks, and bounded PNG evidence.
- Deep v1 can return GO only when every referenced image is PNG. JPEG, GIF, and WebP evidence is indeterminate unless a determinate transport or role violation already applies.
- A deep GO only queues real-client verification. readyForRelease is always false.
- Base App moved to a standard web app + Base.dev model after April 9, 2026. TLMNT's automated scanner and x402 dossiers cover Farcaster public surfaces only; they do not inspect Base.dev private metadata or certify Base App readiness.
